A Multi-agency project aimed at tackling issues such as trespassing on rail tracks, hoax calls and vandalism is being pioneered on Merseyside.

The Your Choice Conference is a themed event exploring Anti-Social Behaviour in the Community and aims to broaden the knowledge and understanding of the consequences of ASB in the community.. The event is a fast moving, interactive, informative day for key stage 2/3 students aged 10- 12 years.

The day consists of 5 workshops, a powerful performance of drama and a group of musicians who deliver rap music about responsible behaviour and consequences of actions. Students will learn key factual information relating to fire, road, and rail safety and are encouraged to appreciate and understand the problems experienced by the emergency/public services in the everyday life of the community.

Since its inception the Your Choice Conference have proved to be a very popular with schools across Merseyside and to date we have delivered it to around 60 schools (over 8,000 students) from Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley and Wirral.

Up to now we have obtained over £100,000 worth of funding from various organisations and are actively seeking further funding to enable us to target more schools across the Merseyside area.
